These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ach365 ("ach365", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ach365 website at ach365.ws, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features made available through the platform.

1. Eligibility
1.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the ach365 platform. 2. Account Registration
2.1 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your ach365 account. Any account found to have been registered with false, misleading, or third-party information will be immediately closed. Any funds held in such an account at the time of closure will be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one ach365 account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, device, household, IP address, or payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts and subject to closure. Where duplicate accounts have received bonuses, those bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
You are fully responsible for all activity occurring under your account. 3. Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed at the point of withdrawal request and may vary by payment method and account verification status. ach365 reserves the right to revise these limits at any time.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. ach365 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) — typically within minutes; bank transfers — within 1 to 4 hours during operational hours. ach365 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
3.4 Anti-Money Laundering
ach365 is committed to preventing money laundering and will not process withdrawals to payment methods or accounts not registered in the player's name. Deposits must originate from accounts owned by the registered player. ach365 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction and to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ach365 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. 5. Game Rules & Betting
5.1 Game Integrity

7. Limitation of Liability

7.2 Consequential Losses
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ach365 shall not be liable to any player for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if ach365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7.3 Maximum Liability
Where ach365 is found liable to a player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, the maximum aggregate liability of ach365 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their ach365 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the ach365 platform — including but not limited to the ach365 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of ach365 or its licenced third-party content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any ach365 intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the ach365 platform without our express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of ach365 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
9. Privacy & Data
ach365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering and using the ach365 platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
ach365 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications and applies industry-standard security controls to protect player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 10. Account Closure & Termination
10.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your ach365 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any balance remaining in your account after the deduction of any outstanding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.
10.2 Termination by ach365
ach365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, if we reasonably determine that: the player has violated any of these Terms; the player has provided false information during registration or verification; the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or ach365.
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon account closure or termination, all unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining after the forfeiture of bonuses will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending verification or investigation. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability and intellectual property clauses — will continue to apply after account closure.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ach365 platform shall in the first instance be referred to our customer support team for resolution. ach365 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact with our support team, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other form of dispute resolution. ach365 will provide a written response to any formally submitted dispute within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Nothing in this clause shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
12. Amendments to These Terms
ach365 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective from the date published on this page. Where changes are material, ach365 will endeavour to notify registered players via the platform or by direct communication to their registered contact details at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate implementation is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Your continued use of the ach365 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.1 of these Terms.
